Artificial intelligence redefining transparent astrology frameworks for personalised astrological guidance
Author(s): Ananjan Maiti
Abstract: This article looks at AI and how it is changing astrology in both practice and perception. Those digital prediction systems involve personalisation and emphasise trust, fairness and interpretive meaning. According to many observers, astrology is an intellectualised method of forecasting behaviour. It is, however, the inherent nature of behaviour that plays its role there. The study examines how algorithms could be made more personalised without undermining ethical agency or cultural authenticity, thereby bridging the two. The analysis drew on insights from 19 interdisciplinary studies, including AI personalisation, psychology, and human-computer interaction. An analysis shows that the use of context-aware AI models can enhance user satisfaction by 27%-34% and fairness scores by 11%, if the models are transparent and explainable. A framework that merges behavioural intelligence, personality profiling and ethical regularisation to yield interpretable predictions aligned with user intent. Still, the results warn against becoming too reliant on automation as it hinders symbolic interpretation and promotes cognitive bias. The potential of astrology enhanced by AI relies on three things: (i) the transparency given by explainable reasoning, (ii) inclusion from all cultural traditions, and (iii) the human being as contextualising interpreter. The practice of digital astrology could be transformed by artificial intelligence. Digital astrology has traditionally taken a mechanistic approach and lacks an inherent value system. It is now possible to create new mechanisms that combine algorithmic precision with human empathy.
