Development of expert system to determine span of COVID-19 & change of mutation based on fuzzy concepts

Abstract: This paper deals with the development of Expert System to determine span of Covid-19, duration of minimum & maximum severity and change of mutation of virus based on Planetary position & Fuzzy Rules for successful Conduction of Various Activities such as Board & other Competitive Examinations, opening of educational Institutes, Temples, Marriages & other various activities related to Society. The Astrological parameters are fuzzified to bring in the procedure of the diagnostics exactly in line with the process being adopted by the Human Experts. The Astrological parameters are handled by distance measure & Fuzzy rules criteria. The final forecasting is carried out by taking overall effects made individually from each Planet. The system has been tested using previous pandemics namely: Black Death, Marseille Ka Plague, The First Cholera, Spanish Flu, and Swine Flu held in the years from 1346-1353, 1719-1723, 1817-1824, 1918-1920 and 2009-2010 respectively. The accuracy of test results are very much promising and show that developed system can be successfully used for the determination of span of the Covid-19 condition right from its initiation stage to span of maximum severity & END of pandemics in the different parts of the Countries/Worlds, so that a large number of human life can be saved from falling in the deadly trap of this pandemics. The system can also be used for prior determination of span of any pandemics in future.
